A common and effective route often begins at Falador, then moves on to Catherby, Ardougne, Hosidius, and finally Trollheim. Depending on your teleportation methods and quest completions, you may adjust this order for quicker access.
Additionally, using teleports like the Ardougne cloak or the Explorer’s ring can make traveling between patches quicker. Some players prefer splitting runs into smaller loops or doing multiple runs with fewer patches if certain teleports or shortcuts aren’t available yet.
